In the production run of OpenCube, it was discovered that some of the
flash chips (3-4 bricks from 25) fail to run at the default 66 MHz.
We have some indication that increasing the slew rate and drive
strength on SD0~SD3 pins of RP2040 might improve the reliability.

The previous solution did not actually apply the patch and so the bug was
not actually mitigated. Fix the issue to reduce the frequency of crashes.
