Major update of menu visuals and example programs

• remade menu visuals
• add menu example programs for motor, sensor and cube fast test
• add option to run bootloader from menu
• add config file to set battery measurement multiplier and change ESP BT name to avoid colisions between multiple cubes
• log errors to a file
• add reset encoder function
• add function to read previously pressed buttons that might be missed
