servers: Introduce Reset request

We might add this request to the tester. It should help you with running multiple tests reliably. The tester would ignore all errors related to this request, so well behaving server implementations should not notice this change, but probably not all implementation are well behaving :-).

If anybody wants to comment before we merge this and update the tester, feel free to do so.
