Removed a mistakenly included hidden file (.gitkeep) from git.
Added a dedicated README to Software directory.
Major revision of software. From MDL to SLX. Fixing the Q8 USB blocks and the 64-bit target. Removing ADS versions and junk files.
Additional polishing of README (added the advice to check the setting of the card and the target).
Update the instructions to QUARC 4 and Matlab 2021a.
Removed the warning about mechanical instability of the whole setup from README.md as it was fixed.

Added an initial (unfinished) version of a high-level model created in System Composer.
