VUnit Check Library is using "PASS" severity instead of "INFO" when
check() call passes. When only errors are enabled, this is undesirable!
So we consider PASS and INFO as the same level of severity.

Re work of READY/ABORT commands. Added incrementing delay
between the commands. Functional coverage point was hit.

Unit tests have corresponding Vunit Test object created.
Other tests dont, and different runs are done via add_config on
testbench object. Thus on unit tests, sim_options can be passed over
test object. On others these must be passed to add_config.

May be disabled by --no-strict option. Default is --strict.
Useful for automatic CI tests. Closes #251

constants which correspond to TIMESTAMP registers are in
can_fd_register_map. Constants are TIMESTAMP_HIGH_ADR and
TIMESTAMP_LOW_ADR.

TIMESTAMP_L_W_ADR is address of TIMESTAMP word within CAN frame
read from RX Buffer or stored to TXT Buffer.

Added TCL wave file for memory registers.
