Add integration tests for PUT /accounts/current (Savings)

Implement integration tests for the PUT /accounts/current endpoint that updates Savings. Use the existing analytical docs (boundary analysis + ACTS combinations) as the source of test data.

Document the individual test case execution and explain failures (if any).
